What we allow for our images!

Attributions is not required. Giving credit to the photographer or this website is not necessary but would be appreciated where appropriate.

As with AI training use, credits or source information in the image will interfere with training so it is not necessary or recommended.
You can change or modify the images as needed but we advise you check with your AI project rules before doing so.

Any images of people will appear with their consent to be photographed and used for AI training. However, identifiable people may not appear in a bad light or an offensive way.
Sale of any unaltered or altered copy of images from this site for purpose of gaining profit from the sale of said images is prohibited. (Don’t copy our website and our work for monetary gain or to resell them digitally or in print.)
Don’t use images to imply endorsement of your brand or service. (Don’t state that people in the images endorse your brand or service.)
Don’t resell the images on stock photo platforms or wallpaper platforms.
Essentially reuse of the images are fine for the use of training AI. Images may also be used to help enhance your website or your own brochures, but the image itself or the item created by it can not be mass produced and resold for profit.
If you are creating a website for profit you may use an image once or as a placeholder but if replication of the image is the main source of profit that type of work is prohibited, such as mass producing brochures for a business to resell.
